MILWAUKEE — A motorcycle crash happened near 12th and State streets happened at about 7 a.m. Thursday.
The Milwaukee Fire Department told WISN 12 News the motorcycle collided with an ambulance en route to Sinai Medical Center just feet from the hospital.
Paramedics were inside the ambulance during the crash treating a critical patient.
The motorcyclist was taken to Froedtert Hospital. Their condition is uncertain.
MFD said no one in the ambulance was injured, and the critical patient in the ambulance was dropped off at the hospital.
The Milwaukee Police Department and Wisconsin State Patrol are investigating the crash.
