A multiple alarm fire in Colombia (South Carolina) late this afternoon has resulted in several Firefighters down, at least one Firefighter is reported in very critical condition. The fire happened at the 3 story Tropical Ridge Apartments off of Stoneridge Drive and all members who were trapped have been transported. There were also civilian rescues. Firefighters from Columbia-Richland County as well as the nearby Town of Irmo were on the scene.
