KC FIRE ENGINE CATCHES FIRE RESPONDING

A Kansas City fire truck caught on fire Tuesday morning.

Fire officials say they were heading to a call when smoke started to fill the cab. The driver pulled over in front of Ruskin High School, and the crew put out the fire.

Firefighters believe something electrical in the backseat area caused the fire.
