AMBULANCE INVOLVED IN CRASH, ONE INJURED – NORTH CAROLINA

ROBESON COUNTY, N.C. (WPDE) — A Robeson County EMS unit was involved in a crash Thursday on Highway 72 West at Pine Log Road in Lumberton, according to Robeson County EMS Director Patrick Cummings.

Cummings said a car pulled out in front of the ambulance.
He added two paramedics were treated and released from the hospital.

Cummings said the driver of the other was ok, but a passenger in the vehicle went to the hospital.

No word on her condition.
North Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
