Damaged in a collision with a school bus and a delivery van late on Monday morning. One student from the school bus and the driver of the fire truck were transported to hospital for minor injuries. Owen Sound Police determined that the fire truck failed to stop for a red light, striking the school bus and delivery van. The driver of the fire truck has been charged with “red light – fail to stop”, contrary to section 144(18) of the Highway Traffic Act.
