TWO INJURED IN ILLINOIS CRASH INVOLVING AMBULANCE

The wreck happened just after midnight Friday in the 2600 block of North 12th Street.

A press release from the Quincy Police Department states that the emergency vehicle involved was a Brown County ambulance.

The vehicle was traveling south, transporting a patient to Blessing Hospital.

An SUV driven by an unnamed female, 26, was northbound when she struck a curb and veered into the opposite lane.
