In northern Victoria a tragic plane crash has claimed the life of the pilot and a 16 year old patient, while leaving the teenager’s mother in hospital with life threatening injuries. The ABC’s Jacinta Allan-Gange told Jon the flight was an Angel Flight medical transport service which came down in wild weather while reporter David Chen brought us the latest from the scene.
