All,
The Tunnel to Towers Foundation, known for supporting Firefighter, other emergency service and military families, honors those who have died in the Line of Duty, especially following the Sept. 11 attacks, by organizing memorial 5K run/walk events across the country.
The late Chief Harwood was a recent participant, running in full firefighting gear weighing more than 60 pounds.
We’ve personally supported T2T by donating to them from the sales of the “30 Fires You Must Know” books.
The foundation’s Fallen First Responder Home Program aims to ease financial burdens by paying off mortgages or providing mortgage-free homes to the families of fallen law enforcement officers and firefighters.
