Initial reports from Buck County (PA) as an aerial truck (tower) collapsed this morning. Unconfirmed initial details are that the rig was flying the flag for Memorial Day, a fire run was dispatched and while retracting the ladder there was a failure of some kind. Injuries are reported to be minor.
