A St. Louis Firefighter was struck by a vehicle in south St. Louis Friday night. The firefighter was hit by a civilian vehicle on Northbound Interstate 55 near the Loughborough exit. It is unclear what led to the accident. The Firefighter is in serious condition but is expected to survive.
