Two firefighters are recovering after a fire at a Newport apartment home. The fire started at 5:09 a.m. Saturday at a home in the 200 block of West 13th Street.
Companies had fire showing from the 1st floor upon arrival.
2 firefighters were injured after the porch roof they were on collapsed while they were operating, and they were treated and released at University Hospital in Cincinnati.
