A Lancaster man with a suspended driver’s license crashed into an ambulance outside a medical facility, according to Northern Lancaster Regional Police.
The crash occurred just after 12:30 a.m. Tuesday morning, at the UPMC Lititz facility in Warwick Township, police said.
The ambulance, owned by Manheim Township Ambulance EMS and was being driven by an employee, police said. The ambulance was hit by a 2015 Dodge Charger, driven by 31-year-old Michael B. Key.
Key, of Lancaster, was following the ambulance because it was transporting a relative to the medical facility, according to police.
