OFF-DUTY VOLUNTEER FIREFIGHTER & NEIGHBOR RESCUE MAN FROM HOUSE FIRE ON LONG ISLAND
THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 25, 2021 WEST BABYLON, LONG ISLAND NY 6:40PM HOUSE FIRE PLYMOUTH STREET Two people were hospitalized after a blaze broke out at a West Babylon (NY) home, on Plymouth Street, Thursday, February 25th, according to Suffolk County police. A man, who was rescued by a neighbor and an off-duty volunteer firefighter, was transported to Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow with non-life-threatening injuries. In addition, a woman was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip with non-life-threatening injuries. A dog in the home was not injured.
