Captain Brian (Levings) is a long time friend and Brother Firefighter of mine. We responded to numerous fires in the 70’s and 80’s together. This is a request for you to help in any way you can.
On Thursday December 30th 2021, Brian and his wife Jill Levings, lost their home and personal belongings to a working fire. As they were in their home when the fire accidentally started, Brian was able to get Jill-and himself-out. Both suffered smoke inhalation and burns. Fortunately they have now been released and are now recuperating in a nearby hotel as they have literally lost everything.
Brian is a decorated United States Marine and a Vietnam War veteran who has over 50 years of continued service to the Manhasset-Lakeville (Nassau County, Long Island, NY) Fire Department. He has served as Department President, Captain of Company 4, and continues to serve as the Assistant Department Treasurer. Brian lives a life dedicated to helping others and we are asking for others to step up and help Brian and Jill.
IF YOU CAN HELP…PLEASE DO….NO MATTER HOW SMALL OR WHATEVER YOU CAN AFFORD…YOUR SUPPORT IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.
Thanks for your consideration.
Take Care. Be Careful. Pass it On.
