An Asheville Fire Department firefighter was struck by a vehicle while performing hydrant testing on Sardis Road this morning. The firefighter sustained non-life threatening injuries when the incident happened at about 11 a.m. Fire and police officials are still investigating the accident. No other information was immediately available.
