From the Charlotte Fire Station #2 Facebook Page:
Engine and Ladder 2 are currently working a 5-Alarm fire in South Park. Although a mayday was transmitted, all firefighters are accounted for. Ladder 2 was abandoned in a defensive position to protect civilians and was caught in a collapse but all members are accounted for and ok. As we get more information we will pass it along.
