KILLEEN – A Killeen woman being transported by ambulance is not in the hospital, she’s in jail for allegedly biting a paramedic.
The ambulance responded to an "injured person" call near Hamsa Circle in Killeen Saturday night.
Upon arrival, police say Rebecca Sue Anderson, 25, of Killeen, gave her consent to be transported to the hospital, but once inside the ambulance, she bit the paramedic on the leg.
Anderson is charged with Assault on a Public Servant, and is being held in the Bell County Jail on $100,000 bond.
