The ladder was providing an upstream block on State Route 2 in Huron, Ohio for Huron Fire Paramedics attending to an ill patient in passenger vehicle downstream. The ladder was struck by a passenger car traveling at around 70 mph. No injuries were sustained to the ladder crew, ems crew, or 2 Ohio State Patrol Troopers on scene. The 76,000 pound, million dollar road block worked to perfection tonight.
