The Terry Farrell Firefighters Fund is bringing donated fire service gear, tools and apparatus to the storm devastated area of Lee County, Kentucky on January 6th 2022 …arriving in the AM on Jan 7th….from Bethpage, Long Island (NY) through NJ, PA, WV and KY.
The Terry Farrell folks are asking for law enforcement and fire service help with roadside salutes and especially LAW ENFORCEMENT escorts for January 6th 2022 from Bethpage (Long Island, New York) to Kentucky via New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
The Terry Fund has been asked to get these fire trucks and first responder gear to Lee County KY to assist local Firefighters and first responders.
Right now they are looking at at least 6 to 9 vehicles making the trip and possibly more by Jan 6th. Two of those will be full size fire apparatus that do not move faster than about 55mph. The other vehicles include suv, van and pickup types.
Their intended route leaving at 1900 hours will be the Southern State Parkway, to the Belt Parkway to the Verrazano Bridge to the New Jersey Turnpike south I-95 to I-276 to I-76 thru Pennsylvania and then into West Virginia and into Kentucky.
