Sad news out of Chenango County (NY, southeast of Syracuse) where the Fire Chief was tragically killed in his own house fire. Plymouth Fire Chief Frank Fowlston died in that fire early today around 0200 hours, where his own members (as well as mutual aid companies) responded that was reported with entrapment. There were no other occupants at the time and the investigation continues. A very tough call indeed for those Firefighters.
