FLORIDA FIREFIGHTER KILLED IN THE LINE OF DUTY-FALL FROM AERIAL LADDER
The Secret List www.FireFighterCloseCalls.com
We regret to advise you that a Pompano Beach Fire-Rescue Firefighter was killed in the Line of Duty this afternoon. The veteran Firefighter, along with other members were doing aerial ladder training at the fire station. While the Firefighter was on the extended ladder itself, he fell a significant distance – and in spite of members attempts to save his life, he has died. We’ll have more details as they become available.
Our sincere condolences to our many friends at PBFR and especially the family members affected. RIP.
