Tragic news out of Baltimore City this evening as a civilian riding a dirt bike was involved in a crash with a responding fire apparatus. The incident occurred on West Pratt Street in SW Baltimore and the civilian was pronounced on scene. CISM personnel have been deployed to support the members. Our thoughts go out to all those involved.
