Several of our engines have these “chrome beauty rings” that make our rims look pretty. However it makes it very difficult to inspect the rims during a normal daily check. After the truck has been squeaking for a couple of days, we decided to go to the shops to get it checked out and found this when the truck arrived. The below pictures of our cracked rim, which only 2 bolts were left holding the tire on. A definite rollover accident if we attended one more call.
