St. George firefighters spent part of their afternoon Friday cleaning up the remnants of a four-door sedan that crashed into Fire Station 5.
Brad Esplin, the deputy chief for the St. George Fire Department, told St. George News that the crash, which was reported just after 4:05 p.m. at 100 N. and Dixie Drive, involved a male minor who was behind the wheel of the Toyota.

“He was traveling northbound on Dixie Drive and veered off the road and went in between two pine trees and the landscaping, and hit a large rock, and then ended up going through some more landscaping on the side of the building and hitting a block wall,” Esplin said.
