ANNAPOLIS, Md. — Five people were injured after an Anne Arundel County police vehicle collided Friday morning with an ambulance from the U.S. Naval Academy Fire Department, officials said.
County police said the crash was reported around 7:16 a.m. on Jennifer Road at Pavilion Parkway outside the Anne Arundel Medical Center in Annapolis.
Police said five people were taken to the hospital with minor, non-life-threatening injuries.
Naval officials told 11 News that he crash caused the ambulance to roll over. Naval officials said all personnel were removed from the vehicles.
An investigation continues.
