All,
A memorial service is scheduled this weekend for the three federal Firefighters who lost their lives in the Line of Duty at the Knowles and Gore Fires on June 27.
The event will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Sunday at Las Colonias Park Amphitheater, 925 Struthers Ave., in Grand Junction. The public is welcome to attend.
Emily Barker, Sydney Watson and Nick Hutcherson died at the two wildfires that have since merged into the Snyder Fire. Two other Firefighters were injured.
A livestream link will also be provided as soon as it’s available.
Take care. Be careful. Pass it on.
