GLENDALE Ky. (WBKO) – The Glendale Fire Department responded to a vehicle accident on Interstate 65 this morning.
While crews went to the 81-mile marker southbound to check on a vehicle off the roadway, the fire truck was struck by a spinning passenger car in the rear corner.
In a Facebook post, the department said they were also struck again near the front door of the cab.
No one was injured in the accident.
Glendale Fire urges people to slow down and drive according to weather conditions.
