It is with deep regret that we advise you that the Blenheim Firefighter who died in the Line of Duty was Steve B. Hagan. Lt. Hagan was 48 years old and had been a member of the Dept for 4 years and served as their Training Lieutenant. After complaining of chest pains after a run, his family took him to Marlboro Park Hospital in Bennettsville. He was then transported by Marlboro Rescue to McLeod Hospital in Florence, S.C. Shortly after being admitted, he tragically coded and passed away. He will be laid to rest on Saturday, December 27th at Sunset Cemetary in Bennettsville.
