25-year old Jessica Lanier blasted through a emergency scene and struck 45-year-old Captain Michael Althoff and 31-year-old Firefighter Christopher Harrison while they were working the wreck. She was originally charged with DUI and later released on a $997 bond.
Funny thing is she had been charged TWICE before this incident for DUI! She got off on both charges for whatever reason.
Now we have good news! She has been RE-ARRESTED and charged with FELONY DUI! If convicted, she could recieve up to 25 years in prison.
