During bailout training, one of our members forgot to check his tri-link. Fortunately, he had a secondary harness and belay line. He missed it at the start of the tour and then again during the training exercise. Each member has an individual bailout harness pursuant to the NY regulations and is required to check the harness at the start of the tour along with the rest of his PPE.
