PHOENIX – Traffic on westbound I-10 has slowed at 19th Ave after two separate collisions. An ambulance responding to the first accident scene was involved in the second crash.
According to the Department of Public Safety, two vehicles collided and rolled about 6:40 p.m., just east of 19th Ave. It’s not clear how many people are injured or how bad the injuries are.
The second collision occurred about 7:20 p.m. and involves an ambulance. There are no injuries related to this crash.
Four lanes, including the HOV lane, are blocked.
Motorists are advised to take another route.
