Two firefighters have been injured while battling a suspicious fire at a vacant house in central Toledo.
It happened near the intersection of Glenwood and Delaware.
One firefighter is being treated for burns to the arm.
A second firefighter was treated for heat exhaustion.
The Toledo Fire Department says the high
temperatures are a real concern this week. They are rotating crew in and
out at fire scenes to keep them from getting overheated.
They are also wrapping wet towels around their necks and drinking lots of water.
There is no word yet on the condition of the injured firefighters.
The house fire remains under investigation.
