All,
Chief Terry Shaffer led the fire department response to the terrorists’ hijacking of Flight 93, ending in Shanksville, PA:
WATCH (from NFFF)
On this 25th anniversary, our hearts go out to those who lost loved ones that day, and since then, as well as the many who continue to fight and suffer from life-altering 9/11 diseases.
We are also reminded daily of the many who continue to deal with the emotional impact – and all of what the jihadist terrorist attacks did to America 25 years ago.
As stated perfectly:
“Preserving that history also means preserving its moral clarity,” said NYPD Commissioner Jessie Tisch, addressing an audience of 9/11 families this week.
She continued: “The men who attacked us were terrorists. The men and women who ran into the towers to save innocent lives were heroes,” she said. “Twenty-five years cannot be allowed to blur that distinction and shame on those who do.”
Take Care. Be Careful. Pass It On.
