North Royalton (Ohio) Firefighter Ryan Milligan, a father of two and husband, has been identified as the Fallen Firefighter who died in the line of duty last night in that single family dwelling mutual aid fire.
The 2nd Firefighter, 38-year-old Andrew Protsman of Parma (Ohio), who also serves with the North Royalton Fire Department, was also hospitalized following the fire after sustaining serious injuries but is currently in stable condition and expected to recover.
