We regret to pass on that 2 Firefighters were killed and three others were injured in the Line of duty, after a wall and an iron beam collapsed while fire crews were operating at a manufacturing building fire in Greater Noida, India early Tuesday (today).
The fire broke out at around 0300 hours at ILGIM, a company that manufactured electronic PCB chips.
Members were operating at the fire when a side wall of the building and an iron beam suddenly collapsed, trapping several personnel.
Firefighters Rohit Yadav and Chief Driver Teerathpal Singh died in the Line of Duty. The conditions of one other FF is critical and the others are unknown.
