Shortly after 7pm tonight, the crew from Engine 32 were on scene of an accident on West Loop 820 (southbound). While providing aid to the victims of the car accident, the Engine was struck by a passing vehicle. Thankfully, no one was injured.We can’t stress enough the importance of “slowing down and moving over” when you see emergency vehicles. As the rain continues to fall over the next couple of days in #FortWorth, we will be responding to more accidents on the roadways. Please stay alert and focused on your surroundings as you drive.We will respond to every call for help we receive to ensure your safety. We ask that you please do your part to ensure ours.
