A Lake Stevens ambulance was hit by a distracted driver on 99th Ave Se and Chapel Hill Road on Saturday.
The medic unit with three firefighters inside was T-boned while crossing a stop intersection, according to Snohomish County Fire 7.
As a precaution, the firefighters were transported to a local hospital for evaluation.
“We are glad no one was hurt,” Lake Stevens Police wrote in a tweet. “Remember, don’t drive distracted and pay attention to a stop sign.”
