Friday, January 4, 2013 Portland (OR) Firefighters trying to help a man suffering from a drug overdose had to call police for help after the patient became violent. The thrashing 19-year-old bit a firefighter in the leg Wednesday night. Then, a 36-year-old man at the residence locked the door and wouldn't let firefighters leave for a short time.  Officers arrived and arrested the 36-year-old for interfering.   The 19-year-old was treated at a hospital for the possible overdose and alcohol poisoning.
