It is with deep regret that we pass on to you that
the Pattonsburg Fire and Rescue Protection District (Missouri) announces
the Line of Duty Death of Fire Chief Eddy Meador. Fire Chief Meador died of an
apparent heart attack, having run several emergency calls in the prior 24
hours.
Visitation will be held 6P – 8P Wednesday December 12, 2012 at the Roberson
Funeral Home, 1016 Main Street, Pattonsburg Mo. A Firefighters Walk Through
will occur at 7:45PM.
Funeral Services will be held 2PM Thursday December 13, 2012 at First Baptist
Church, Pattonsburg. Burial will follow
Full Firefighter Honors will be provided. Honor Guards are requested and should
contact Angela Jones at 660-334-0382. Due to logistical circumstances, only
smaller (single axle) apparatus is requested to participate in the funeral
services. A block of rooms has been held at the Super 8 Motel in Bethany
Missouri at a rate of $60. Call 660-425-8881 for reservations.
