Sunday, October 21, 2012 AN investigation has been launched after a crash involving an ambulance responding to an emergency call.
 

Paramedics were racing to get to a woman who had collapsed with a seizure on East Hill.
 

As the ambulance travelled around the roundabout near Westway, Colchester, there was a collision with a black Seat Ibiza at about 4pm on Friday.
 

Nobody was injured.
 

A spokesman for the East of England Ambulance Service said: “An internal investigation has been launched.”
