Wednesday, February 22, 2012 Police say an ambulance officer was bitten on the arm as he attended to an injured man at Wentworth on Tuesday night.

Police say the incident happened after the 19-year-old man cut his arm punching the window of a house in Murray Street.

The ambulance officer was not seriously injured but the man has been charged with assault.
