A firefighter suffered injuries while fighting a fire on Rochester’s northeast side.
Crews responded to a home on Herbert Street for the report of a possible house fire around 8:30 a.m. Thursday.
Two injured residents were found outside the home. Both suffered cuts, and one of them had minor burns. One was taken to the hospital, while the other was treated at the scene.
While fighting the fire, one firefighter is said to have suffered an arm injury and a possible torn bicep. The firefighter was taken to Highland Hospital to be treated.
