ANDERSON TOWNSHIP, Ohio — Four firefighters received minor injuries while battling a house fire in Anderson Township overnight, News 5’s Tom Sussi reported. They were hit by falling debris when part of the ceiling collapsed in a home on Maple Road in Anderson Township. The homeowner was asleep when the fire started. A passerby saw the fire and pounded on the door. The homeowner got out safely. The homeowner had been remodeling parts of the house. Officials believe the fire started in the roof area. Damage was estimated at more than $100,000.
