In what’s turning out to be a horrible day, we regret to pass on that a Firefighter in West Virginia was killed in the Line of Duty in a responding fire apparatus crash earlier today.
Initial reports are that in Roane County, Station 200 (Clover-Roane Volunteer Fire Department, near Charleston) of Spencer was involved in a rollover crash of their tanker truck while responding to a structure fire. One of Clover-Roane County’s Firefighters was killed in the Line of Duty due to that crash.
Much more to follow. Our condolences to all those affected. Rest In Peace.
Take Care. Be Careful. Pass it On.
