After counselling with state officials, exhibitors and attendees, as of now FDIC International will run as planned. Our team has been working closely with our management organization, Clarion Events, in addition to the Indianapolis Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium to take a number of precautions to protect your health and safety. If the situation changes, we will notify you accordingly.
We are following the suggestions of the U.S and state public health guidelines as they are developing and have implemented a number of hygiene measures at the event including increased cleaning and disinfection across all high volume touchpoints, onsite medical support, awareness and training on preventative measures and more. Additionally, the Indianapolis Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium have increased their housekeeping staff and implemented additional precautionary measures including routinely and thoroughly disinfecting all surfaces and carpeting, monitoring and refilling hand sanitizers throughout the facility, purchased electrostatic disinfection equipment, replaced all air filters with hospital grade filters and more.
